  1. Hi Joel: I am an avid Hofner bass collector got your name off a black 500/1 from Chicago Music Exchange certification which I am considering buying as the guitar is beautiful. I also have a 1964 500/1 that I purchased back in 1975 and can use some finishing work. Please tell me about the work you did on the 500/1 at Chicago Music Exchange and if you would consider doing work on my ’64?
